Binding: In contemporary marbled boards, rebacked in later cloth, extremeties slightly faded. In anstaʻlīq script, in black ink on white paper; some darkening to the lower edges of the leaves; some scattered spottings and smudges; catchwords. On folio 1a: An ownership stamp in the name of al-Sayyid Ismāʻīl Ḥaqqī. In Persian.

The collected poems of Muḥammad ibn Sulaymān Fuz̤ūlī (1495?-1556), a writer and poet who focused most of his work on the Ṣūfī ideology of love and romance, and is recognized as one of the most prominent contributors to the Divān tradition of Azerbaijani literature. He wrote in persian and Arabic, as well as his native Turkic Azerbaijani. The present manuscript is incomplete, lacking at least three leaves of text. Name of copyist and place and date of copying not mentioned, probably from the 18th century.
