On the envelope is written: Ottoman Turkish, 14 Kanun-i Sani 341, To Müderris Macid Beyefendi and Halie-yi Mahdumeleri Hanımefendiye. On the invitation, it is written that the teacher of the university, Mr. Macid, and his companions, the Hungarian ambassador and Madame [...] would like to welcome their presence to the tea banquet held at the Pera Palas hotel on the sixteenth Friday of the City of Halik, in honor of the Turkish and Hungarian universities, from half-past nine to half-past nine o'clock.
