It is about Es-Seyyid Mehmed Eşref Baba's petition dated June 5, 1318, Rumi, written to the Governorship, stating that the duties of zâwiyedar, trustee, tomb holder and sheikh of the Hacı Bayram-ı Veli Foundation are his rights, and that these duties be taken from Sheikh Tayyib Efendi, and the referral of the issue to the relevant authorities for examination and appeal.
