It is a copy of the power of attorney dated July 17, 1927, issued by the Second Notary Public, upon the request of Hacı Mehmed Efendi and Şerife Hanım for the preparation and certification of a power of attorney stating that Fatma Hanım, who was born in Bursa in 1301/1302, gave the authority to sell a place in which she had a share to Topographer Senior Captain Mehmed Cemal Bey.
