The petition was filed by the lawyers of Hacı Mehmetzade Kemal Efendi, his mother Afife and his nurse Naile, to the Legal Department of the Ankara Bidayet Court, in order to collect the 400 kuruş in the embezzlement of Ahmetoğlu Osman Efendi, and to seize the cows and sheep of Ahmetoğlu Osman in return for his receivable of 400 kuruş.
