Court decision dated 21 Ramadan 1341, in which the cases of Nuri Baba, the son of Eşref Baba, who objected and claimed the appointment of Şemseddin Baba to the vacancies of tevliyet and zaviyedarships that became vacant after the death of Sheikh Tayyib Baba, were heard and Nuri Baba lost the case. On the back of the document, there is the decision dated February 23, 1340, in which Nuri Baba appealed and the appeal decision ended against him.
