Notes "To the laudable K.U.K Military Command: The request of the Turkish Consulate General in Budapest to the K.U.K Military Command, the Officer of the Ottoman Army, Şemseddin Bey, and the 83 soldiers they had previously sent by the Ministry of War (Ottoman Ministry of War) to the Csepel Ammunition Factory (Lead Factory) Weiss Manfred and now recalled. We request that you validate the jointly issued passport for the employee. The mentioned persons (Şemseddin Bey and 83 military employees) will travel to Istanbul by high-speed train [from Keleti] at 3:20. Budapest, 5 May 1917.
