a complaint from the Adviser to the Government of Bahrain (Charles Dalrymple Belgrave) over the decrepit condition of lorries being sold locally by the Bahrain Petroleum Company (BAPCO), including statements from Government inspectors and lorry drivers;
a complaint from a BAPCO employee relating to photographic prints ordered from the National Art Studio in Bahrain.
