The historical term used to describe the body of water between the Arabian Peninsula and Iran.
, including Kuwait and the Kuwait Neutral Zone, and also Bahrain and Qatar. This includes discussion of the history and status of the Neutral Zone between Nejd and Koweit [Kuwait] and its relationship to the Iraq Petroleum Company Group Agreement of 1928. Also discussed in the correspondence are the interests of the Arabian Development Syndicate and Standard Oil of California.
