Influential compendium of medicine written in 903 and dedicated to the Governor of Rayy, Abū Ṣāliḥ Manṣūr ibn Isḥāq (Abu Salih Mansur ibn Ishaq; see fol. 1v, line 3, transcribed below). The text is divided into ten books (articles), each one subdivided into chapters (chapters).
