The main purpose of this course is to provide participants with a general overview, by addressing some specific horizons in the drafting process, on how to link drafting principles and benefit from them in the actual legislative process by addressing specific topics in drafting and the mechanisms of drafting a legal article or legal text by referring to existing materials or drafting texts in the absence of any law related to the topic.
