Codex, ink, colours and gold on gold-sprinkled paper, leather binding with gold, 34 folios, Persian text in nasta`liq script, with 10 paintings, Burning and Melting (Sūz u Gawdāz) by Muḥammad Reẓā Khabushānī known as Naw`ī (d. 1610, Burhanpur), poem composed in India for Mughal prince Daniyal (1581-1614), son of Akbar, paintings attributed to Muḥammad Qāsim, Isfahan, Iran, undated, c. 1650-1660.
