* Müellif giriş yazısında "çoktan beri böyle bir deftere müfîd, güzel eserler, makâleler, şiirler yazmak istiyordum" diyerek elimizdeki defteri oluşturma sebebi ve içeriği hakkında bizi bilgilendirmektedir.
* Defterin sonunda soldan başlamak üzere sayfa numarası, metnin adı, yazarı yazılarak 568. sayfaya kadar fihrist oluşturmuştur.
* Defteri oluşturan ve yazan müellifimiz Türklük üzerine bir giriş makalesi yazdıktan sonra Aka Gündüz, Ziya Gökalp, Enis Avni, Mehmet Emin, Celal Sâhir, Tevfik Fkret, Celal Nûri, Ömer Seyfettin, Abdülreşit İbrahim, Refik Hâlid, Yunus Nâdi'nin eserlerinden, gazete yazılarından, kitaplarından (Tanin, Donanma Dergisi, Çocuk Dünyası, Amasya Tarihi, Müntehabât, Türk Gözü..) derlediği şiir, gazel, hikaye makale gibi bir çok metin bulunmkatadır.
