Özet
Eser Molla Hüsrev’in Osmanlılar döneminde kadılar tarafından resmi olmayan bir kanun mecmuası olarak değerlendirilen Gureru’l-Ahkâm adlı furû-i fıkıhla ilgili olan eserine yine kendisinin yazmış olduğu şerhtir. Taharet kitabıyla başlamakta ve miras kitabıyla son bulmakta olan eserde 55 kitap ve 120 bab bulunmaktadır. Dürerü’l-Ahkâm’da hükümlerin delilleri ayrıntısıyla yazılmamış, konuyla ilgili ayet ve hadislere ayrıca Hanefî mezhebi imamları arasındaki ihtilaflara yer verilmiştir. Ayrıca Şâfiî, Malikî ve Hanbelî mezheplerinin görüşleri de bulunmaktadır.
