Other Explanations: Sultan IV by Müellifi 1041/1631. Murad'a takdîm edilmek ısımın, tığın-i devlete ve umûr-ı saltanata dâir telhîsât ışışın kaleme aleşım famous risâledir. Koçi Beg'in Sultan İbrâhîm's Teşkilât ve Nasîhatnâme Risâlesi and Yavuz Sultan Selîm devrinden o âna kadarki bir Cedvelin showing the names and duties of the Yeniçeri Ağalırın bir istinsah diğişı new bir mecmûanın içinde, the third and last work. At the beginning of Koçi Beg's first series of essays, which have been taken out one by one, the contents of the essay are shown in a "Fihrist". Baykal'ın mecmû'anın beşi, eser alarınarı ve finındınındığındılardan dızırdın dızlardüğı; The first two works of the Topkapı Sarayı Müzesi Yeniler Kitapligı'nda, which are included in this small mecmû'anin, are also in the same book, Revan Köşkü, nr.: 1315's mahfuz bilinan bir yazmadan, copied without modification in 1938 (vr. 64a, 65a, 100b).
Sultan IV. The famous Risâle'nin fihristi presented to Murâd'a, the other risâlenin fihristinden hemen sonra, presented to Sultan İbrâhim, is recorded between mecmû'anin 3b-4b varakları and has the title "Koçi Beg'iñ Murâd-ı Râbi'ye Takdîm İtdigi Risâleniñ Fihristi".
İsmâil Hakkı Baykal, bu risâlenin ilk yapragyın ön yüzune Koçi Beg'in bu risâlesinin istinsâhına esas algihi ana nüshanın meştillı bulüşi kütüphâne, böziz ve demirbaş number: "Topkapu Sarâyı Müzesi Revân Köşki kütübhânesiniñ 1315 numrosında kayıdlı bulınan Koçi Beg Risâlesi." bilgsini kaydetimistir (vr. 65a). Yine son varakta behirtiğine göre; "iş-bu Risâle Şehîd 'Alî Paşa'nîñ mühürdârı olan Mustafâ Ağa'nîñ emriyle, Enderûn'lı hattâtlardan Kırîmî 'Osmân yılında 1198 (m. 1784)yında istinsâh idilimş bir nüshadan" aynen imlâ mıdırış (100b). The title of "Târîh-i Kâtibü's-Sırr" is the title of the copy recorded in Beriltilen kütüphâne ve demirbaş numbers, it gives a new and important information about the role of Sultan Murad's "Sır kâtibi" in the palace when Koçi Beg wrote this first work.
Eserin son varağın tâkip eden 101a varağın ön yüzünde, Baykal'ın baş tarafa zaten geçığını unutarak ikinki bir kez daha eksığı, risâlenin kontentinine dâir mükerrer bir "Fihrist" daha seşıltıldır.
