Foundation & Ownership Record: On the blank leaf before the title leaf: "Attention; Ferîd-zâde belongs to 'Osman Efendi'." There is an appropriation record written as follows. Again, a different record of appropriation was written in the lower space of the last leaf with the expression: "Owner and owner: el-Hâcı Mustafâ, his genius wife Fâtıma" (vr. 272a).

Other Explanations: Yazıcı-zâde Mehmed Bîcân's Muhammediyye in the 16th century. century. It is the copy that was copied in the middle. The missing first leaf of the work and the 2nd-4th pages. The texts on the torn upper parts of the foils were completed by writing on a complete leaf and foil pieces that were added later. There are 15 lines in the first leaf and 13 lines in the last leaf.
