Other explanations: Yâ-Sîn Sûresi, İsrâ Sûresi'ndeki Ebeveynle ilgili Âyetlerin Tefsîri, İnşirâh Sûresi Tefsîri and other iki kisa Sûre Tefsîr'ilerily, together with the works, the book is available in the samples of İsmail Hakkı's Manastırlı Manastırlı, written in a notebook with small lines. Eserin adı, okutulğı maktep ve kızmelış tarihi karton capçin ön üzünde yazılıdır. Burada behirildiğine göre, Mülkiyye Mektebi'nde okutulan bu Tefsîr metninin yazımı 1320/1902'de kışımıştır. Devâmında Kevser ve İhlâs Sûrelerinin tefsirleri vardir. Sûre tefsîr dersinin mektepte okutuluş târihi, son sayfaya "Mahmûd Münîr" imzâsıla dışılen: "12 Nîsân [1]320 Salı" notuna göre 1902 mîlâdî yılının ıldışın ay ve günıdür (II, p. 42).
This Tefsîr risâlesi and the other Tefsîrler recorded together are of great importance and value in terms of showing the content, processing technique, and presentation style of the subjects covered in the Tefsir lessons taught in the Mülkiyye Mektebi.
