It is a criticism/essay written towards the end of the 1940s, touching on the disruptions in the functioning of Turkish Democracy. In the appendix of the copy, there are newspaper clippings of different poems, all belonging to Yahya Kemal, and a poem called "Azân-ı Muhammedî" written by the author himself on an envelope sent to the author. From the name recorded in the "sent" section of this envelope, the author of the work is Dr. It is understood that he is İlhan Faydagör. The text was written on the first 12 pages of a thick blank notebook with a hard cloth cover; In addition to the leaf numbers, page numbers are also added to each side. The remaining leaves or pages of the notebook are blank.
