Özet
Allah, daha ö nce hiçbir araştırmacı tarafından üzerine çalışılmamış
olan Garîbü’l Kurân’ın tefsiri üzerine bu çalışmayı yapan bu aciz
kuluna lütufta bulunmuştur. Başlangıçta ve sonda, hamd ve lütuf
daima Allah’a mahsustur. Salat ve selam sevgili peygamberimizin
(sav) üzerine olsun. Başlangıcı ve nihayeti için Allah’a hamdolsun.
Bu çalışmanın konusunu, İmam İbnü’ş-Şıhne el-Halebi’nin
Garîbü’l Kurân adlı eseri oluşturur. Bu çalışmada, müellifin hayatı
ve yaşadığı dönem iktisadi, siyasi ve ilmi yönlerden ele alınmıştır.
Garibü’l Kurân ilmine dair bir giriş yazılarak, müelliflerin bu
ilimdeki yöntemleri ele alınmış ve İbnü’ş-Şıhne’den -Allah ona
rahmet etsin- ö nce bu alanda telif edilen kitaplara değinilmiştir.
Bu çalışmada İbnü’ş-Şıhne el-Halebi’nin üslubu ve yöntemi ele
alınmış ve kitabında verdiği ö rnekler müelliften ö nce yaşamış olan
ve bu ilim dalında eser yazmış olan bazı imamların eserleriyle
karşılaştırılarak incelenmiş ve ortaya bu karşılaştırmalı çalışma
çıkmıştır. Başlangıçta ve bitişte Allah’a hamdolsu

Allah has favored this humble servant who has done this work on
the exegesis of Garīb al-Qurān, which has never been studied by
any researcher before. Praise and favor are always due to Allah, in
the beginning and in the end. Peace and blessings be upon our
beloved Prophet (peace be upon him). Praise be to Allah for the
beginning and the end.
The subject of this study is Ibn al-Shihna al-Halabi's Garīb alQurān. In this study, the author's life and the period in which he
lived are discussed from economic, political and scientific aspects.
An introduction to the science of Garib al-Qur'an is written, the
methods of the authors in this science are discussed, and the books
written in this field before Ibn al-Shihna (may Allah have mercy
on him) are mentioned.
In this study, Ibn al-Shihna al-Khalabi's style and methodology are
discussed, and the examples he gives in his book are analyzed by
comparing with the works of some of the imams who lived before
the author and wrote in this branch of science, and this comparative
study has emerged.
