Özet	Ali b. Ömer el-Kâtibî’nin (ö. 675/1277) ‘Aynü’l-kavâ’id fi’l-mantık ve’l-hikme adlı eserine ilâhiyyât ve tabîiyyât konularını ilâve etmek suretiyle kaleme aldığı Hikmetü’l-‘ayn adıyla yapmış olduğu çalışmaya Muhammed b. Mübârek Şah (ö. 784/1382’den sonra) tarafından Şerhu Hikmeti’l-‘ayn yapılan şerhe Seyyid Şerîf Cürcânî (ö. 816/1413) tarafından Hâşiye ‘alâ Şerhi Hikmeti’l-‘ayn isimli haşiye üzerine yazılan bir hâşiyedir. Eserin sonu eksiktir.
