Özet
Pîr Mehmed Üskübî´nin Fetvaları adlı tezin konusu; İstanbul doğumlu, Üsküp müftülüğü görevini yapmış bir Osmanlı alimi olarak Pîr Mehmed Üskübî’nin hukûki açıdan tanıtılmasıdır. İbadetler Hakkında Dersler, Evlenme ve Boşanma bölümlerinden oluşur.
Çalışma giriş bölümünde bahsedilen konuyu seçme nedenlerini zikrederek başlar. Konunun önemine, araştırma sırasında karşılaşılan zorluklara ve bu alanda daha önce yapılmış çalışmalara değinir.
Tez iki bölüm ve sonunda bir analiz kısmından meydana gelir. Birinci Bölüm’de Pîr Mehmet Üskübî’nin hayatı ve en önemli eserleri ele alınmaktadır.
İkinci Bölüm; onun kitaplarında yapılan araştırmalar sonucunda Üskübî’nin ayet, hadis ve sahâbeden yapılan alıntılarını tanzîm ve sınıflandırma, ardından onun konulara yaklaşımı ve kulandığı yöntem bakımından kitabının incelenmesine ayrılmıştır. Ayrıca fıkhî kaidelerden ve diğer hukuk ekollerinden yapılan alıntılar, fetvalarında kullandığı kaynaklardan da bahsedilir.
Tezin bölümleri bittikten sonra da eserin tam metninin tıpkı basım transkripsiyonu verilmiştir. Bu metin Temizlik ve Namaz, Zekat, Oruç, Hac, Evlilik ve Boşanma konularını içermektedir.
Sonuç bölümünde de araştırmanın nihayetinde ulaşılan önemli bilgiler ve bulgulardan bahsedilerek bunlar değerlendirilir.

The theme of the thesis, entitled: From the "Fatawas of Al-Uskubi", sections of worship, marriage and divorce, by research and study from a jurisprudential point of view, boils down to the exposure of a scholar from the scholars of the Ottoman Empire, the Mufti of Skopje, born in Istanbul. The thesis begins with an introduction to the reasons regarding why we have chosen the subject; its importance and the difficulties encountered during the research, and, further on, we address the previous studies in the given field. The thesis is divided into two chapters and the analysis section, where the first chapter is about the author’s life and his most important works.
The second chapter is devoted to studying his book in terms of his method of arranging and dividing the book, as well as his approach to dealing with ayats, hadiths and quotations from the Companions; afterwards we talk about jurisprudence, its principles, rules and other jurisprudential schools by quoting them, as well as the sources that he mentiones in his fatawas, the symbols and conventions on which he relied in his book.
After the study section, we provide the complete transcripted text including the Sections of Purification and Prayer, Zakat, Fasting, Hajj, then the Book of Marriage and that of Divorce.
In the conclusion we represent the most important findings and recommendations.
