Notes Starting Statements: بِسْــــــــــــــــــمِ اﷲِالرَّحْمَنِ اارَّحِيم اِله واحد رب تعالي ، هو الله البديع الحق العلي / تعالی زاته لما تجلي ، من الغيب الی العین ... فجلی (28b) ------------------------------ Ending Statements: کتاب ايرشدی چونکم انتهایه ـ حقه حمدیله ثنا بی نهایه / حبيبنه صلوت تحيات ـ دخي آلدينه كم خير البريات (264a) ------------------------------ Date of Copy: Evâsıt-ı Cemâziye'l-evvel 988 / late June 1580 ------------------------------ Writing Type: İstinsah ------------------------------ Calligraphy Features: It was written in Nasih script. The page edges and columns have double red frames, and verses, hadiths and some important couplets are copied in red (surh) ink. ------------------------------ Paper: Watermarked, water-streaked paper. ------------------------------ Binding: Dark brown leather binding with miklebli, şemsel, simple corners and zirconia. Şemse and zircas are gilded. ------------------------------ Illumination: Some small-sized shapes and flower motifs were added to the inner parts of the title frames of the Basmele, Na't-ı Şerîf and Sebeb-i Te'lif chapters with red, light and dark blue ink. ------------------------------ Foundation & Ownership Record: There are records on the front of the first leaf (28a) and on the last leaf that the copy was dedicated by Hasan bin Mustafâ, and even the text of the foundation charter is on the back of the last leaf (vr. 264b). ------------------------------ Seal: - ------------------------------ Other Copies: There are many copies in different manuscript libraries. ------------------------------ Other Explanations: The copy copied by Hasan bin Mustafâ, the author of Silsile-nâme, which is in the first place of the magazine, is actually a different copy that he copied twenty years before the first work, and it was later combined and turned into a magazine. The fact that this copy, like the other one, was dedicated by the author/copier brings to mind the idea that the copies were combined into a single collection at the time of dedication. On the last leaf of the copy, Hasan bin Mustafâ also recorded a copy of the Turkish endowment text stating that the book was dedicated by him (264b).
