Abdal Khan Bakhtiyari petitions Karim Khan Zand to settle a dispute between Bakhtiyari and tribes from Fars (Qasqa'i, Shahsavan, Shishbuluki), who have moved through Cahar Mahall. The farman is written on the same document, ordering the return of stolen property and announcing the settlement of the dispute at Karim Khan's court.
