Ban on illegal cultivation of fallow land situated at the river Narbar by the peasants (ra'aya') of the village Rawbanj. Mirza 'Ali Bayg (ghulam-i khassah-yi sharifah) is instructed to settle the matter with the support of the prefect (darughah) of Andin, the master builder (mi'mar) of Qum, the yuz-bashi of the 'Abd Lalavi, Muhammad Bayg, and the yuz-bashi of the Tartar, Muhammad Quli Bayg.Also published in: Jahanpur, Farhang.
