Letter from Qa'im Maqam by order of 'Abbas Mirza concerning the special mission sent to St. Petersburg under the leadership of Khusraw Mirza, one of 'Abbas Mirza´s sons. The legation was assigned to express regret for the murder of Griboedov, the Russian envoy to Persia. Recipient is General Paskevich.
