Tax collector (zabit) 'Ali 'Askar Pas-Kuhi asks Karim Khan Zand to order Abdal Khan Bakhtiyari to assist in collecting outstanding taxes from a tafriqah (dispersed) group of Bakhtiyari. Karim Khan Zand issues a farman inscribed on the same document, granting the petitioners wish, additionally ordering the resettlement of the dispersed group to its original territory.
