It is addressed to the lawyers of Georgia Ali-Quli Beg and Kaikhosro Baratashvili. Zaza Bayg should treat the peasants of these villages fairly, while paying their taxes regularly.Internal Archival Registration Number Pd5 Seal by Safi-Khan: 1150 محمد المبين اللحط الملا الله الا اللا “There is no God except Allah, the real Lord of the Truth, Mohammed Safi 1149 (1736-37)”. On the back of the document is written in Georgian : "of Sefi-Khān, the Commander"
