The 31 signatories represent the following ten mentioned tavayif: Zarasvand, Husaynvand, Baba Ruzbah, Baba Galla, Kashah, 'Ala al-Dinvand, Mahmudshah Mardani, Kayamra'i, Mishvand, Sufi.The month is given in the document, the year is the editors estimation.
