Vaqf by Amir 'Imad al-Din Mahmud b. Mu'in al-Din al-Shirvani for the Masjid-i Maydan in Kashan, built by him, over a bath (hammam-i Mir 'Imad), shares of the qanat Isfidabad in the village of Fin and various shops. Administration is with the founder and his male descendants, expenditures primarily for the mosque, but also for a hospital (dar al-shifa').The document is a tumar that contains four vaqf deeds from different dates.
