A compensation payment ('ivaz) is granted to Imam Quli Bayg for his annual salary (hamah-salah) which should be drawn from the revenues of the territories Shakki and Shirvan. Due to tax exemptions for the community there - called the Usallu-yi sani-mahall - the relevant revenues were missing.
