The villages (mawzi') Palalkol and Katira which belong to the administrative units (sarkar) of Ellora and Rajamundri are handed over to the VOC (Kumpani-yi Valandiran). The company official Captain Anthoni Pavilioen Moore is in charge of collecting the taxes. The addressees of the farman, the district officials (havaldaran) and the officials who take care of the harbour at Masulipatam (Machhli-Pat) are to register this privilege, dated back from the beginning of the year 1075 (begins 25.07.1664). which is valid for the coming years
