On Friday, Mawlid was read at the Mosque of His Majesty Sultan Ahmet Khan, as is customary, candies and sherbets were distributed and given to all the congregation there, both men and women, as is the procedure, blessings were offered to His Majesty the Sultan and Mother Sultan, and an amount of the distributed sugar and sherbet was presented to Mother Sultan.
