Unsigned and undated memorandum stating that although the tithes of 22 Berat farms, which were left to the said foundation since 1296, in exchange for 5 farms in Tırhala, which were from the Pertevniyal Valide Sultan Foundation and were purchased from the Treasury, belonged to the foundation, the Tırhala tithe officer intervened in them and collected their money to belong to the miri, and to eliminate this irregularity and injustice and prevent such interventions.
