Ahmet Galip sealed memoirs written to Hüseyin Efendi stating that a policy containing 200 Ottoman liras received from Yorgi and Yani Englidi, who resided in the Havyar Inn in Istanbul, was sent from the Pertevniyal Valide Sultan Foundation and located in Tırhala to offset the income of the Voyvoda and other farms under his management in 1290.
