Mustafa Hayri's sealed memoirs written to Hüseyin Bey Efendi stating that there was no intervention in the Gazi Turhan Bey Foundation from any party, that the Greek State would not interfere with it in accordance with the agreement, but that as a result of the incentives and the Islamic community wanted to change the condition of the foundation with the power of the Greek Government, the Ministry of Foundations was ordered to prevent this and 300 gold coins were sent as a bill of exchange.
