It was reported from the Ministry of Finance that the installment sheets, called cobs, of the eshams and mukataas of Her Majesty Pertevniyal Valide Sultan in the year 1290 were sealed for one year and given to the money changer, and that the cobs of the years 1291, 1292 and 1293 were also issued and presented, and that these should be returned by sealing them by the Valide Sultan and taking a bill from the money changer's office.
