Ahmet İzzet sealed memoirs addressed to the Valide Sultan Kethudalığı stating that the amount transferred from Sivas Province for the salary of Her Majesty the Valide Sultan was sent to the room of Ali, the son of Sarraç Halil, one of the soldiers of the Sivas Zaptiye, and Sarraf Onnik Efendi, who was in charge of handling the affairs of the Valide Sultan, and that those coming from Amasya and Karahisar-ı Şarki were about to be set off.
