Mustafa Naili sealed memoirs written to Kastamonu Governor Hüseyin Pasha, stating that due to the death of Ahmet Agha, the trustee of the Celvetiyye Order Dervish Lodge in Kastamonu, the duties of transfer, na't-ı sherif, sala and time muezzin were given to Sheikh Numan Efendi, who came with the recommendation of the governor pasha.
