A copy of the memorandum stating that the two stores of which Şehremini Hüseyin Bey Efendi is the owner in Arnavutköyü are rented by a merchant named Corci Kalavas, a Greek citizen, that the said person has paid incomplete rent in violation of the contract, and that the matter should be referred to the Ministry of Commerce for the collection of the accumulated rents, and a copy of the court order to this effect.
