In the letter informing that the fee for the Taksim Republic Monument will be paid to Monsieur Kanonika in three installments in accordance with the contract made with Monsieur Pietro Kanonika, upon Monsieur's request, it was noted that the surety required for the first two installments was unnecessary for the last installment and the document containing that it was decided that there was no need for surety for the last installment to be paid after the parts of the monument arrived in Istanbul.
