A complaint signed by former Furnishings Manager Halil, stating that he purchased goods from Sibon Galiçi Company during his service, that he was given a promissory note in return, that it has not been paid yet, that the payment of this amount has not been accepted by the Treasury since he left the civil service, that the said company wants to collect this amount from him, that he was imprisoned as a result of the court and that it was paid by the Treasury and released, as is the precedent.
