The place belonging to the Silahdar Abdurrahman Ağa Mosque Foundation, next to the police station in Paşalimanı, next to Anbarlar, was dedicated in 1181, and the yearly 100 kuruş was taken from the Finance Treasury, in the form of mukataa-i ground, and this money was spent on the mosque. Mustafa Efendi was one of the Seraskerî Clerks, and the large fountain in front of the mosque belongs to the Sultan's Doctor Mehmet Refi Efendi Foundation.
