Ahmet Galip sealed memoirs written to Tevki-i Hümayun Hüseyin Efendi in Istanbul stating that a bill of 300 Ottoman liras received by Yorgi and Yani Englidi, residents of Havyar Han in Istanbul, was sent to offset the 1298 incomes of Voyvoda and other farms belonging to the Pertevniyal Valide Sultan Foundation and under its management in Tırhala.
