Mehmet Halet sealed memoirs addressed to the Ministry of Treasury stating that the faults of the German Farm in Prespe sub-district affiliated with the Pertevniyal Valide Sultan Foundation, for the years 1287 and 1288, were collected and sent to the farm people, the remaining debts were put on a payment schedule, and it was notified whether the farm should be given to them or to another suitor as of 1289.
