The sealed memoirs of es-Seyyid Halil Rıfat from the Monastir Dynasty, stating that German and Toska, located in the sanjak of Monastir, were ordered to be fixed by the Valide Sultan Foundation as of March 1280, that it would be appropriate for the Toska Farm to be given to the deceased or managed by the foundation, and that İbrahim Efendi would go there together with an engineer, a clerk and three people who knew the land well, in order to examine and investigate the sura.
