Memorandum stating that the fountain built by Her Majesty Valide Sultan in Abdülvedud Neighborhood around Eba Eyyub Ensârî was out due to the construction of the waterway and roadway and that although the situation was explained to the relevant officers many times by the neighborhood residents and the waterman, no result was obtained, Mehmet Ağa, the Waterman, stated that an order should be given to the relevant officials for the repair of the waterway.
