That the mentioned place was not registered in the name of Hadice Hatun in the Imperial Estate Book, that this place was mistakenly given to Grave Digger Salih bin Ahmet by the Sultan Beyazıt Foundation in 1245, that a promissory note was given to the said Salih because it was determined by the court in 1247 that he was from the Imperial Estate, that it was sold by the said person to Nikola Veled-i Dimitri in 1258 and that it is still on it.
