Mehmet Halet's sealed memorandum stating that the transportation costs of the timber purchased by the Jeddah District Governorate during the time of Şevket Bey for the needs of the hospital building and the transportation costs of the items sent from Istanbul from Jeddah to Yanbu were requested by the Treasury and that the said money was paid in Medina by Şevket Bey's representative.
