Skopje District Governor Mehmet Bey Efendi's letter and the 5 kiyye silkworm seeds he sent in a chest were taken to Istanbul and given to Pertevniyal Valide Sultan Kethuda Hüseyin Bey Efendi, and that he received the money for the seeds, travel and other expenses from the said person, and that he would return from Istanbul with an additional tip of 150 kuruş. Receipt with the stamp of İlyas, one of the Zaptiye Corporals.
