Pertevniyal Valide Sultan, the memorandum written to the Rusumat Trust stating that the lake located within the Ali Bey Farm was tendered to the Kazakhs for 1 year for fishing, that they brought the fish they caught to the fishery and paid their taxes, and that the Küçükçekmece lake and its tax farmers confiscated the money of the fishermen, and the reply memorandum sent from the said authority stating that the problem regarding the issue was resolved.
